Pets
Max 2 Allowed

Comments: No more than two pets are allowed per apartment. Animals must be at least six (6) months of age. Some canine breeds and other pets are prohibited; please see list for dog breeds and other pets not permitted. Aquariums are permissible with a five-gallon maximum on the first floor only, with proof of insurance required for the entire term of the lease.

Restrictions: Reptiles, Squirrels, Arachnids, Ferrets, Rabbits, Piranhas, Skunks, Birds, Raccoons, and Pigs. All other animals/pets not listed here are subject to review and may be prohibited.

Rent $25 | Deposit $250
Dogs
Allowed | One time Fee $335
Rent $35 | Deposit $250

Restrictions: Pit Bull, Malamute, Akita, Rottweiler, Doberman, Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario, Chow, American Bull Dog, German Shepherd, St. Bernard, Karelian Bear Dog, Husky, Great Dane, Any Hybrid or Mixed Breed of One of These Breeds.
